Order Processing
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship orders throughout Greece. International shipping may be available upon request. Please contact us before placing an international order.
Delivery Time
- Mainland Greece: approximately 1–3 business days
- Greek islands and remote areas: approximately 2–5 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Cost
The shipping cost is calculated and displayed during checkout before the order is completed.
Free shipping may be available for orders that meet the minimum purchase amount displayed on our website.
Order Tracking
When tracking information is available, customers will receive an email or message containing the shipment details and tracking number.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure that your name, telephone number and delivery address are entered correctly. PerfumeSpot is not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.
Damaged or Missing Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or does not arrive within the estimated delivery period, please contact us as soon as possible and provide your order number and relevant photographs.
